Returns Policy

PREAMBLE :

Addict has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to accept returns or other refunds and/or charge a restocking fee for returned or discontinued items. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE ITEM IS AUTHENTICATED AND DELIVERED EXCEPT IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES.

Return requests are processed within 3 days of receipt of the order.

If you have any problem with your purchase or an item, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form available at https://addictsneakers.com/contact. 

If there is a problem with an item you have received, you must contact us providing a detailed description of the problem in question. Verification labels and stickers attached to items should not be removed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused. Ultraviolet light technology can be used to check if the pair has already been worn. The product must also be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The admission previously stated will be different if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt of the package, in this case, please follow the procedure described in the section concerning exchanges (below)

SECTION 1 - REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE ITEM IS AUTHENTICATED AND DELIVERED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE HONORED REGARDLESS OF THE CURRENT VALUE OF THE ITEM.

If there is a problem with an item you have received, you must contact us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing a detailed description of the problem in question. 

Verification tags or stickers that are attached to items should not be removed; failing this, the items cannot under any circumstances be returned or exchanged (including in the event of damage during transport).

SECTION 2 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

SECTION 3 - SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately limited edition sneakers cannot be refunded.

SECTION 4 - EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE):

We cannot replace the items for sale on our website because the sneakers sold on our site are limited edition products.

You can also use the contact form available on the Website for this purpose, which is however not mandatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than delivery most favorable standard offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the revocation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the products to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the products before the period of fourteen days has expired. The direct costs of returning the products are your responsibility. You will have to pay for any loss in value of the products only if this loss in value is due to handling of the products which is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the products".

To return the item(s), you must use the original packaging (making sure to include a note stating your name and address (including any returns slip, if such a slip was provided to you) inside the package).

You are advised to take out adequate postage/transport insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking information if applicable until your refund is processed. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights. "

Customer address

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
