Returns and Refunds Policy

PREAMBLE :

Addict has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to accept returns or other refunds and/or to charge a restocking fee for returned or abandoned items. 

In the event of a refund, only credits or vouchers will be issued.

Return requests are processed within 3 days after receipt of the order.

If there is a problem with an item you have received, you should contact us providing a detailed description of the problem in question. Verification labels and stickers attached to items should not be removed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused. Ultraviolet light technology can be used to check if the pair has already been worn. The product must also be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The admission previously stated will be different if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt of the package, in this case, please follow the procedure described in the part concerning exchanges (below)

SECTION 1 - REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE ITEM IS AUTHENTICATED AND DELIVERED AND NO REQUEST FOR REFUND WILL BE HONORED REGARDLESS OF THE CURRENT VALUE OF THE ITEM.

If there is a problem with an item you have received, you must contact us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing a detailed description of the problem in question. 

Verification labels or stickers that are attached to items must not be removed; Otherwise, the items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances (including in the event of damage during transport).

SECTION 2 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account or email again to use your refund as a credit to use on the website.

Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

SECTION 3 - SALES ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately limited edition sneakers cannot be refunded.

SECTION 4 - EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE):

We cannot replace the items for sale on our website because the sneakers sold on our site are limited edition products.

In order to respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you in the form of a voucher or credit only for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the revocation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the products to us immediately and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the products before the expiration of the fourteen day period. The direct costs of returning the products are your responsibility. You will have to pay for any loss in value of the products only if this loss in value is due to handling of the products which is not necessary to test the condition, properties and functioning of the products.

To return the item(s), you must use the original packaging (making sure to include a note stating your name and address (including a possible returns slip, if one has been provided to you) inside the package).

You are advised to take out adequate postal/transport insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking information if applicable until your refund is processed. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights. "

Customer Address

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
