After joining forces with Nike for the Air Max 97/1 then with Asics on a Gel Lyte III , Sean Wotherspoon, the co-founder of Round Two, is collaborating with Adidas for the 50th anniversary of the Superstar .
The Adidas Superstar Sean Wotherspoon Superearth White adopts a 100% plant-based composition made from different recycled materials such as paper or composite. The silhouette features a white base enhanced by a pastel blue yoke on the interior eyelets and pastel pink on the interior sides. On the tongue, we can see an illustration representing the planet Earth, the inscription " Super Earth " as well as Sean Wotherspoon's branding. Finally and to finalize the design, we find hyper colorful floral embroidery on the quarter panels with a frayed effect on the sole.
This new collaboration, which represents a real step forward in terms of sustainability and ecology , once again highlights Sean Wotherspoon's talent in terms of creation, giving us hope for future silhouettes to come...
