Through a new version of the Air Jordan 1 Mid , Nike pays homage to Michael Jordan 's first season.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid Rookie Season features a white leather base accompanied by a red Swoosh , matching the flaps and the outsole, referencing the color code of the Chicago Bulls . Details reminiscent of MJ 's performances during his first year punctuated by a Rookie of the Year title are sprinkled on the insole while the signature of His Airness is present on the front of each foot.
This new version of the AJ1 Mid will nevertheless be reserved for small sizes.
