New Balance 990 V3 Patta Keep Your Family Close
Edson Sabajo and Gee Schmidt, co-founders of the Patta label, reveal their brand new collaboration with New Balance . This time the Amsterdam shop is looking at the 990 V3 , a premium model with a Made In USA design.
The New Balance 990 V3 Patta Keep Your Family Close celebrates the bonds that bind us with our family members. To embody this, the creative teams at Patta were inspired by the figure of the tree , with its color code and its roots (which may echo the Surinamese origins of the two creators). We find a premium mesh base which is complemented by several olive green suede overlays. A few bright green details are added to the whole and bring a touch of contrast. A Patta logo and scripted P provide subtle co-branding around the heel, while a speckled midsole adds a finishing touch.
Following the Teddy Santis and JJJJound editions, the new retro-running silhouette promises to be one of the most beautiful releases of the year!
